Suzanne Holtom

Suzanne Holtom studied Fine Art Painting at the Slade School of Art between 1994 – 96, graduating with a distinction. During this time she was awarded the Duveen Travel Scholarship to Kenya to research Swahili art forms. In 1999 she showed in a two person exhibition at The Works Gallery, Birmingham and in 2000 at VTO Gallery in London. In 2001 she was awarded a bursary to develop a new body of work from the Woo Charitable Foundation and subsequently was shortlisted for the Jerwood Painting Prize in 2003.
