Bernice's House

Bernice Massey is an artist based near the Farm. She invited us over for tea one afternoon and we got to see some of her work. This image is of a painting Bernice did recently called Trail of Tears.


On the road in Amish Country

We travelled around in Ina May's car driving around the Amish community. The Farm midwives have built up a close relationship with many of the Amish women and attend many of their births. They have also trained some Amish women as midwives.

It was amazing to see how the Amish live with thier rejection of technology and close community I felt transported back in time.
